*** Supervise and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations
* Drive productivity, quality, and scrap reduction goals
* Foster teamwork, accountability, and open communication
* Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Coordinate training, coaching, and performance reviews
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership and support teams###
** What You’ll Bring

* Required:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* 5+ years of manufacturing or related industry experience
* Proven supervisory or leadership skills
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
** Preferred:
*** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
* Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt experience

The annual hiring range for this position is: $90,200-$112,700. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each position and candidate.
