  • Become an expert on the details of a customer’s contract to help navigate day to day engagement and decision‑making processes
  • Drive pricing updates and maintain agreements that work for everyone
  • Hunt for growth opportunities within existing accounts and through local sales partnerships—whether that’s introducing new products or improving how we work together
  • Monitor account performance closely, catch issues early, and deliver monthly status reports that tell the real story
  • Support sales planning by contributing to budgets, projections, and forecasts for your portfolio
  • Step in to resolve challenging requests or escalations when clients need senior‑level attention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to deliver tailored solutions that drive value
Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of understanding customer problems and delivering solutions that actually work

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high‑profile accounts and their associated projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel from time to time to meet with existing clients and local sales partners
  • Data analysis to track customer performance and trend insights

A sense of humor helps, especially on tough days!
