Role: Plant Controller responsible for leading finance functions within a chemicals manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the plant.
- Partner with operations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee standard costs, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and capital project tracking.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
- Provide decision support and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within an innovative and inclusive culture.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Experience with variance analysis, inventory valuation, and capital project management.
- Ability to work effectively with operational teams and drive financial performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
