- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy License
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics (new grads welcome)

Requires high-level visual and auditory acuity, frequent movement throughout the facility, standing or walking at least 5 hours daily, occasional overhead and low reaching, ability to lift/carry over 40 pounds, push/pull over 50 pounds, and sit for extended periods.
