Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator – Woodward Office
Supervises outpatient personnel in the Woodward office. This position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services and oversees outpatient clinical personnel in developing and implementing policies and procedures, including management and administration. The incumbent also oversees the development and implementation of a clinical supervision model to ensure fidelity of evidence‑based practices. Other responsibilities include providing continuing education tailored to the clinical needs of the community and individuals served and implementing new treatment models that are consistent with ODMHSAS priorities.

- Full Compensation Range: $84,480 – $103,629 (includes base salary, retirement, and state paid benefit allowance)

- Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
- Must be actively and regularly receiving board‑approved supervision, with extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if required to become licensed by one of the following boards:
Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only), Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Behavioral Practitioner, or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Alternatively, must hold a current license to practice on a state or federal basis from one of those boards.
- Applicant must be able to pass an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) background check.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license for job‑related travel if necessary.
- For safety‑sensitive positions, applicants must submit to urinalysis for drug testing; appointment is contingent upon a negative result.
- (If required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and meet physical requirements of occasional lifting/carrying 50 pounds and pulling a maximum force of 25 pounds.
