Registered Nurse (RN) After‑hours Week Nights

We’re looking for compassionate registered nurses for our after‑hours hospice team on week nights (Mon‑Thu, 5 pm‑8 am). This is a full‑time salaried position with 24/7 RN triage support.

• Advocate for patients and families throughout the care plan.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the hospice care team.
• Support patients with daily care and symptom management.
• Work with the triage department to respond to calls and coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current state RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift 80–100 lbs, sit, stand and move intermittently.
