What you’ll do:

Being a maurices full‑time retail store manager means that you’ll get the opportunity to lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent)
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and manage store expenses
• Connect with the community to increase awareness
• Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions
