Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service while ensuring safety and security in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Part‑time position / rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 12‑hour shift 7 AM – 7 PM
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.51 /hr. (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documented High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred
• State license if required
