The Field Merchant Team is seeking a detail‑oriented and results‑driven Senior Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in developing key insights to bring DSD modernization to life. These insights will assist DSD vendors and Field leadership teams with information to drive DSD execution and improve the customer in‑store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop insights for DSD modernization to enhance the in‑store experience for customers.
- Assist DSD vendors and Field leadership teams with data‑driven information that drives execution.
- Present findings to Directors, Field Leadership, and External Supplier/Distributor leadership.
- Identify complex problems and implement solutions across DSD categories.
- Support larger business unit/front store challenges outside the assigned category.
- Be a strong developer of relationships – build strong, credible and trusted cross‑functional relationships.
- Be able to influence with, and without authority – so much of the day‑to‑day business practice is to influence others.
- Be highly organized and prioritize – work on the work that has the most value, reprioritizing as strategies adjust.
- Be self‑directed – require little supervision as successful candidates drive themselves and the portfolio of work they lead.

Pay Range
: $46,988.00 – $ (base salary; eligibility for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program)
