The Senior Manager (Digital Product) supports the Digital Health product leadership across one or more digital product teams. They define and drive the execution of initiatives that cross multiple products or experiences, support the translation of business and user needs into technology‑enabled solutions, ensure the product roadmap is optimized to achieve long‑term key user and business goals. They are responsible for creating and managing the product development roadmap and for coordinating dependencies across teams.
They function as the main point of contact for successful feature delivery and final customer outcomes, working directly with Team Product Leads when necessary to ensure features are on track for near‑term and long‑term delivery. They drive status for cross‑product metrics and develop initiative‑level measurement plans through alignment across key stakeholders, driving the successful delivery and go‑to‑market plan of their integrated product areas and socializing updates with senior leadership.
- Defines the feature or initiative vision through a deep understanding of customer needs and complexity, communicating it to team members and ensuring alignment across senior Team Product Leaders.
- Drives alignment of end‑to‑end experiences across products and channels, evaluating consistency across different channels.
- Reviews and aligns roadmaps and workforce management tools across respective solution and product areas.
- Supports Team Product Leads to develop feature‑level roadmaps that support the broader initiative’s roadmap.
- Manages multiple backlogs for products and/or experiences, leads discovery, defines scope, and communicates updates to Team Product Leads.
- Identifies exploration enablers, owns discovery and architectural runway, writes enabler features and documents learning outcomes.
- Creates initiative‑level measurement plans, tracks OKR metrics, Experiences that Matter the Most (ETMMS), and other performance metrics, using data to inform roadmap and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborates with engineering, design, architecture, operations, and other cross‑functional teams using agile practices.
- Interfaces with Product Strategy to communicate progress, insights, and risks across the business, and collaborates with business partners to understand strategies and outcomes.
- Identifies and communicates product dependencies, assembles teams to find solutions.
- Sets a positive culture by growing, coaching, and setting expectations for team members, providing actionable feedback, modeling leading practices, investing time in junior team members, and continuing collaboration.
- 7+ years required experience as Product Owner or Product Manager.
- 7+ years of experience in agile product development.
- 7+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large‑scale consumer‑facing products.
- Prior working experience in managing patient‑facing health products.
- Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment.
- Ability to drive cross‑functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity.
