• New lease and amendment abstraction with quality review as needed
• Execution of critical lease dates (rent commencement, renewals, extensions, possessions) and related payment authorizations
• Lease database management, reporting, and review dates
• Drafting and executing lease documents and ensuring proper distribution
• Implementation of lease requirements, issue resolution, and financial review

• Legal research and writing
• Lease interpretation and contract negotiation
• Real estate database management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, or similar software

Associate Degree

You will be eligible for benefits through Apex for the contract period, 401K, medical/health benefits options, a W2 hourly rate, weekly pay, and direct deposit.
