Position Summary As a Manager, Digital Product, you will contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products and services. This role is responsible for helping define product direction, gathering and translating customer and stakeholder requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with data and analytics expertise to drive informed decision‑making, identify market opportunities, and ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.

You will play a critical role throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and strategy development through execution and continuous improvement. This position requires a collaborative leader who can effectively navigate a complex, matrixed environment while balancing customer expectations, operational requirements, and product priorities. You will have no direct reports and will report to the Executive Director, Business Analytics.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management Contribute to the development and execution of product strategy for digital products and services. Ensure efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of product initiatives aligned to strategic objectives. Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, providing visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and opportunities. Assess product iterations, release schedules, and roadmap priorities to maintain speed-to-market and product differentiation.

Recommend enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, business needs, and data-driven insights.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Engage with customers, business stakeholders, and internal partners to gather and understand business requirements and product needs. Analyze and translate customer feedback, operational requirements, timelines, and dependencies into actionable product recommendations. Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and expected outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Data & Analytics-Driven Decision Making Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analyses to guide product feature development and prioritization. Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Transform complex findings into clear recommendations and actionable business insights. Monitor product performance and utilize analytics to influence future product strategies and improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Drive collaboration across Product, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful product execution. Foster ongoing communication across functional areas, establishing strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Coordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies to support timely product delivery. Influence decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
