As a Maintenance Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operational efficiency of our physical facilities and manufacturing equipment. You will apply your technical skills to ensure that facilities and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

You will report directly to our Facilities Maintenance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woonsocket, Rhode Island location on a full-time, 100% on-site work  this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment and building systems by providing technical support and executing maintenance activities that uphold operational standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:1+ years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance engineering

Knowledge of building systems, manufacturing equipment, and maintenance best practices

Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems

Familiarity with maintenance management software and basic understanding of safety and regulatory compliance

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.We Value:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

Advanced degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) is a plus Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of energy-saving practices and sustainable maintenance initiativesOSHA 10- or 30-Hour Certification, other specialized trade licensures or certifications.
