Position Overview
Northeast Family Services is hiring Full‑Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A $2,000 stay‑on bonus is available and scheduling is flexible, with a weekly billable minimum of 26 hours.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and training, supervise behavior technicians, and deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA will also document all required materials: instructional program development, data collection, graphing and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
Qualifications- Master’s degree or PhD with completion of BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework
- Current BCBA certification, in good standing with the BACB
- Current LABA preferred
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral challenges
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
- Availability for morning, after‑school, and evening hours
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions (preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
- Proficiency with word processing and graphing software
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices and developments within the field of ABA

- Staff who participate in all offered CEU events meet the BACB’s CEU requirement for BCBA recertification at no cost
- Caseload sizes determined by client need, not quota
