Position Summary

As a Benefits Automation Analyst, you will act in the role of project facilitator and work with internal partners across departments. You will be responsible for facilitating, defining, documenting business requirement for Plan Automation and delivering key functionality. The projects you lead will be geared toward operational efficiencies in the Benefit Set Up, Benefit Design and implementation, as well as support other operational needs or issues.

You will be directly responsible for working with internal partners on the automation approach that will drive efficiencies and deliver maximum benefits to Clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Plan Benefit Automation
  • Planning and Documenting Requirements
  • Development of Rules in the Business Rule Engine
  • Testing
  • Delivery
  • Collaborating with internal Benefits and IT Teams and making key decisions regarding plan design architecture

Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively communicate and partner with key partners and take your projects across the finish line. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. A developed ability to perform in multi‑tasking team environment while meeting deadlines and resolving ambiguous requests will also contribute to your success.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in RxClaim adjudication functionality and plan design
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare/PBM experience strongly desired
  • RxClaim System Experience
  • Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing Experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Knowledge
  • Dynamic individual that thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment that is client centric
  • RxClaim System Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently by applying sound judgment based on business principles and supporting data facts
Education

Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
