    Pioneer implementation of cutting‑edge technologies including generative AI, AR/3D experiences, and advanced martech solutions to enhance content performance and customer engagement

    Establish robust measurement systems utilizing search data, digital traffic insights, and customer behavior analytics to inform content development and optimization
  • Growth‑Focused Storytelling:

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Matrix Team Management:
    Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning creative, analytics, SEO, product, and external agency partners in fast‑paced delivery cycles

  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
    Develop sophisticated CRM strategies and audience segmentation approaches to deliver personalized content experiences at scale

    Create quantifiable frameworks that directly tie content marketing efforts to business results including traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value
Channel Strategy & Digital Ecosystem Management
