Application Development Build Engineer​/Release Coordinator

Required:

5 years of experience in a Release Engineering role.

Responsibilities include:

• Source Code Management (Branching and Merging)
• Experience with source control tools (e.g., GIT, SVN)
• Administration of web servers and services
• Shell scripting (Perl, Ruby, UNIX)
• SQL database experience
• Build automation and tooling
• Configuring and administering Apache/Tomcat
• Setting up Continuous Integration
• Handling file submissions with data encryption
• Implementing Continuous Delivery processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC, especially in release engineering and Dev Ops
• Experience managing fast-paced, overlapping product release cycles
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience working with cross-functional, multi-location teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability in dynamic environments
• Knowledge of Software Configuration Management principles and best practices
• Experience with ATG e-Commerce platform and related tools is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
