Your Role:FMI's Rhode Island Facility is looking to hire an Operator for our growing Woonsocket, RI location. The Operator supports various aspects of our composite manufacturing process, including winding, twisting, spinning, gilling, and stretch breaking. The role involves participating in process improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and schedule, along with performing other duties as assigned and cross-training in different work centers and skill sets.
Job Responsibilities:- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with tools
