Reporting to the Group Manager, Creative, and partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising Signage & Seasonal Design, the Designer will support the creative development and execution of front-store merchandising and seasonal signage, décor, and other retail experiences for CVS Health. This role is responsible for supporting in‑store communications that highlight promotions, loyalty, value, and sale messaging, as well as joyful seasonal experiences that help create a compelling destination within the store.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong design and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- Generate and support creative concepts and design solutions for front‑store editorial and seasonal signage, décor, and other retail experiences that enhance the customer journey and support business objectives.
- Support projects from brief through production, applying strong creative and strategic thinking to deliver impactful retail print, and digital assets while managing timelines, priorities, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Create compelling concept presentations for stakeholder reviews and approval meetings.
- Collaborate with creative teams, cross‑functional partners, and production vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand experiences and ensure successful execution.
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, creative problem‑solving, and a commitment to design excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Workfront, Miro, and Mac‑based design environments.
- Knowledge of AI and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to leverage them to enhance creativity, storytelling, and design innovation.
- Understanding of print production processes, file management best practices, and the ability to take projects from concept through print‑ready execution with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing strong creative thinking, visual design skills, and successful execution of branded experiences across physical and digital environments.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual design principles, with the ability to interpret and evolve brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
- Passion for strategic and creative problem‑solving, with the ability to develop design solutions that achieve business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and emerging innovations in retail, experiential marketing, and environmental design.
- Ability to develop impactful creative concepts and executions that advance brand vision while ensuring consistency across all experiences and deliverables.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Education:
BA in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
