Dec 4, 22-25, 29-31. 2026 Availability. Length of Assignment:
Ongoing Shift

Hours:

Primary Call - every 3rd weeknight & 4th weekend. 7 AM - 3 PMCall starts at 3 PM - 7 AM OT after 8-hour shifts

Case Mix: GEN, Endo, OB ( less than 450 deliveries), ortho (some spines), uro, gyn, pod, and cardiac ( less than 380/yr cathlab and TEE). Must be proficient in spinal, blocks, and epidurals. # of OR's: 4

Support Staff: 4 providers during the day.

Supervision and Ratio:
Anesthesiologist and CRNA practice.

Active License Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
