Drive home diagnostic category performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Contribute to sales, margin, and market share growth via merchandising and promotional strategies & execution.

• Execute promotional strategies; track performance and conduct post-analysis
• Analyze data to inform category plans including optimal SKU mix, loyalty programs, and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with Inventory, Pricing, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Ops
• Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stock
• Manage supplier relationships; align on forecasts and negotiate funding
• Research customer product preferences, supplier prices, and competitive landscape
• Support planogram creation in Stibo; ensure SKU setup and image submission
• Partner with store designers and inventory teams on planogram tracks

• 2-3 years of experience in a retail organization in an analytical, merchandising, or buying role
• Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for owning end-to-end promotional strategy and execution
• Proficiency in retail math concepts and their application
• Technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell)
• Willingness to travel 5–10%

• Experience in promotional strategy and some supplier negotiations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and reporting skills
• Familiarity with merchandising analytics and tools

Education Bachelor's degree preferred or work equivalent

Pay Range $46,988.00 - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
