, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming presence for patients, visitors, and staff while helping to maintain a secure environment. You will manage access, respond to security-related concerns, provide clear communication, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Schedule:- Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials as applicable, maintaining entry records, and directing guests to appropriate areas of the healthcare location.
- Monitor front-desk activity, access points, and available systems to help identify and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
- Support a welcoming and orderly healthcare environment by communicating professionally with diverse individuals and maintaining accurate daily activity documentation.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
