Job Description
Our healthcare client is expanding a high-impact engineering team and is seeking a Software Engineer to help scale cloud-based applications and support AI-driven modernization initiatives. This role will focus on backend development utilizing Spring Boot, Node.js, and GCP.
Responsibilities- Develop and enhance scalable backend applications and services
- Build and support Spring Boot and Node.js applications
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and modernization efforts
- Deploy and support solutions within GCP
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical enhancements
- Participate in Agile development processes and production support
Project expansion requiring additional engineering support to help scale cloud and AI-focused initiatives.
payrate - $55-60/hr
Skills and Requirements- 5-8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java/Spring Boot
- Experience building APIs and backend services using Node.js
- Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Exposure to AI initiatives, including Generative AI, conversational AI, or AI-driven automation
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience
- Contact center or voice technology experience
- Cloud-native application development
