Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: On Site in Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $41,600 - $45,760

Key Responsibilities :
Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
Record incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts
Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up on outstanding invoices
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and discrepancies
Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable reports and aging summaries
Post and reconcile daily cash receipts
Support month-end closing activities and assist with account reconciliations
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files and payment records
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer service) to resolve billing or payment issues
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reporting, or supporting accounts payable when needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books or similar)
Strong Excel and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
