- Full call coverage 24 hours – interventional and general cardiology
- Low‑moderate volume with average 8 patients per day for consults and rounding
- 1 STEMI case per weekend on average
- Radial interventions and solo STEMI experience required
- No scheduled procedures unless overbooking occurs
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
