• Lead a team of dedicated project management (PM) staff and oversee project effectiveness and efficiency as well as adherence to PM policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of PM policies, standards, processes and evaluation principles.
• Oversee and coordinate staffing and resourcing for all PM staff.
• Monitor and validate the project status and progress, act as escalation point of contact concerning conflicting targets and resources.
• Identify training needs and ensure a proper qualification level for the team.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years experience.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
