Key Responsibilities Implement maintenance and repair standards and processes, plan, direct and coordinate all tool service activities, for the assigned organizational unit, including management of related administration and logistic workflow.

Define or implement policies, guidelines, processes, procedures, methods and/or tools for own area of responsibility.

Plan and propose repair budgets and define and allocate respective resources.

Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.

Manage cooperation with tool suppliers or service providers and monitor the achievement of agreed service level standards.

Initiate and design training programs for repair personnel.

Your Qualifications Bachelors degree in an engineering related fieldORHigh School diploma and Journeyman certification or Associates degree5 to 10 years experience
