Tax Vice President, High-Net-Worth Personal Tax

Pay: $200,000 to $250,000 per year, plus discretionary year-end bonus

Lead a Personal Tax Advisory Group serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners across Northeast Ohio.

Must-HavesCPA
15+ years of relevant tax experience

Expertise in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning

Strong knowledge of flow-through entity taxation and tax research

Proven business development track record

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office What You’ll DoLead complex high-net-worth client relationships and tax engagements

Oversee large, intricate individual tax assignments

Supervise and mentor the tax management team Ensure personal tax engagements exceed client expectations

Drive business development and grow the practice

Nice-to-Haves International tax planning and compliance experience

Advanced degree (MST, JD, or LLM)
Trust and estate tax planning experience
