• Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety
• Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards
• Set up hydration and hospitality carts
• Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment
• Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules
• Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals

• Must be able to read and write in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
