• Lead daily operations and keep shifts running smoothly

• Manage inventory: order supplies, monitor stock, reduce waste

• Train, coach, motivate, and support team members

• Address customer questions and resolve issues professionally

• Jump in to help with cleaning tasks when needed

• Lead daily huddles + join weekly meetings with the Area Manager

• Perform quality checks and complete final walk-throughs

• Keep the worksite clean, safe, organized, and professional

• Build a strong, positive, collaborative team culture

• Identify team members ready for more responsibility or promotion

• Monitor labor hours and stay within (or beat!) budget targets

• Improve workflows and streamline processes

• Ensure staff have the right supplies and tools before each shift

• Communicate updates clearly and consistently

• Take ownership of labor overages and client satisfaction

Partner closely with the Manager to deliver top-notch results

• Reliable transportation + clean driving record

• Strong communication, organization & leadership skills

• High attention to detail; able to multitask

• Works well independently and with a team

• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Solid, stable work history

• Experience managing inventory + labor budgets

• Skilled at staff development and team motivation

• Bilingual/multilingual a plus!
