Set Up Operator II (CNC) - VS3 - 1st Shift

• Set up and program operating machines, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in first test sequences.
• Oversee ramp‑up of machines after setup and support operators in machine operation.
• Support maintenance, preventing downtime and inspecting machines.
• Follow documented procedures, maintaining accurate records and tracking.
• Check finished product components and submit for approval.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and identify defects.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; write clear communications in English.
• Operate medium‑complex machinery for inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Lift medium‑heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or sponsorship.

• Minimum of two years operating machines in a manufacturing environment.>
• Experience working with power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
