• Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequences.
• Oversee ramp‑up of machines after the setup procedure and support operators in machine operation.
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime, and inspection of machines.
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Check finished product/components and submit for approval.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English.
• Ability to operate medium‑complex machinery used in inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium‑heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or sponsorship.
• Preferred: minimum of two (2) years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: experience working with power tools.
• Preferred: ability to read blueprints.
