We're hiring General Laborers for manufacturing operations in Shreve and Orrville, Ohio. In this hands-on role, you'll help move and supply fertilizer and bulk materials while following plant safety and quality procedures.

Shift options: 1st shift:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.

-3:30 p.m.; 2nd shift:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m.

-1:30 a.m.;
Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays and is paid at time and a half.

• Load trucks, railcars, hoppers, and conveyors with fertilizer and bulk materials.
• Supply production lines with raw materials based on plant schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Manage blending and storage piles to help prevent product cross-contamination.
• Follow safety procedures and work with the team to support efficient operations.

• Able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of general labor work.
• Safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
