Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring General Laborers for manufacturing operations in Shreve and Orrville, Ohio. In this hands-on role, you'll help move and supply fertilizer and bulk materials while following plant safety and quality procedures. We offer full-time, on-site work with 1st or 2nd shifts (Mon-Thu; 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.), with overtime opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and a High School diploma or GED required.
