Bartender

Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn in 1999, grew from acquiring 8 Applebee’s locations to becoming the world’s largest Applebee’s franchisee, now operating over 460 restaurants across 24 states. The group also operates other prominent brands such as Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness.

As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, help servers deliver the best drink experience, and create a welcoming bar environment. You will work in a fun, flexible setting with opportunities for growth.

• Mix beverages following established standards.
• Friendly interaction with staff and customers.
• Maintain a great bar experience and support servers.

• Minimum age 21 per state law.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

• Remain stationary and move well‑paced for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Transport plates, glasses, baskets, etc. about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly, and wear protective coverings throughout the shift.
• Work with disinfectants, masks, and wash hands frequently.
