Public Transit Operator

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Public Transit Operator for full-time opportunities to start immediately.

Pay Rate $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift & Schedule Full-time Monday - Saturday, 6:30am - 8:30pm

Must Have 3 Years Driver's License

• Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick‑up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

• You are at least 20 years old.
• You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• You are energetic, outgoing, and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• You are a great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
