Families throughout the community rely on you to deliver their meals hot, fresh, and ready to eat.

Delivery Experts must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and have access to an clean, insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should be able to read a map, locate addresses within your designated delivery area and be able to drive safely and efficiently in adverse terrain and weather.

Maintaining Perfect Image Uniform Standards both on and off-site is a must! Delivery Experts are assigned various duties while in the store awaiting their next delivery.

Exposure To:

• Varying and Adverse Weather when Performing Outside Tasks
• In-Store Temperatures Ranging from 36-90 Degrees (based on cooler and oven areas)
• Sudden Changes in Temperature from Work Area to Outside
• Fumes from Food Odors
• Exposure to Cornmeal Dust
• Cramped Working Quarters in Some Areas
• Hot Surfaces/Tools from Oven up to 500 Degrees or Higher
• Sharp Edges and Moving Mechanical Parts.

Physical Requirements (Included but not Limited To)

• Standing for Long Periods of Time

• Sitting (Completion of Administrative Duties and On-Line Training)
• Lifting Package Weight of up to 50lbs, up to 3’x1.5’ in Dimension from Floor to Shelves up to 72″ High
• Carrying Weight up to 30lbs (Moving Product from Storage to Work Area)
• Climbing (Changing of Signage, Washing Walls, Performing Maintenance)
• Stooping/Bending/Crouching/Squatting/Reaching to Access Product & Prepare Food to Fulfill Orders
• Extended Use of Hands to Manipulate Dough and Use Tools Necessary to Prepare Orders and Maintain

Delivery Expert Specific Job Requirements

• Deliver Product by Car to Customer Requested Location
• Carrying product (Food and/or Beverage) while Walking or Climbing as Needed to Deliver Order
• Driving Food to Designated Delivery as Business Requires
• Climbing during Delivery of Product – Ability to Climb 5 or more Flights of Stairs May Be Required
• Tolerance of Exposure to Various Weather Conditions While Delivering Orders Safely and Efficiently
• Vision that Allows for Long Distance and Night Driving
• Having Access to and Maintaining a Clean Vehicle to Deliver In

• Age 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Access to a clean, insured vehicle suitable for delivery
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within delivery area
• Ability to drive safely and efficiently in adverse terrain and weather
• Maintaining Perfect Image Uniform Standards both on and off-site
• Ability to prepare and operate equipment, stock ingredients, receive and process orders, complete inventory, maintain clean facility, complete training
• Proficiency in verbal communication with customers and staff in person and by phone
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Accuracy in money handling, rapid hand‑eye coordination, basic computer knowledge for order entry
