EGP & Company is an established, growing 15+ member CPA firm located in Marlborough, MA offering a unique opportunity to grow with our firm. We specialize in tax planning and compliance for a wide range of clients including high income/net worth individuals, business executives, family offices, closely held businesses, private equity and commercial real estate.

We are seeking a tax professional with 3-5 years of experience in the preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, and various business entity tax returns. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships; preparation of challenging business returns, including multi-state and international compliance; collaborating with Partners on special projects and advisory work; and researching complex tax issues. Seeking a motivated individual who will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while also supporting and mentoring junior staff through coaching and training.

Full-time, part-time, per diem and partial remote arrangements will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA license or active pursuit
• Strong technical tax knowledge across entity types
• Additional focus on preparation of business returns with experience in Accounting and preparing adjusting and tax entries
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client‑service mindset
• Experience with CCH Axcess (or similar tax software program) is a plus
