Title: Senior Cost Analyst
Salary: $100K–$120K
Location: Worcester, MA | Onsite

Senior Cost Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project costs, job performance, and profitability across complex manufacturing programs
Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and ASC 606 reporting
Monitor WIP, labor costs, overhead, project spending, and manufacturing variances
Work with operations and finance teams to evaluate budgets, forecasts, and project performance
Review financial results and investigate cost or margin discrepancies
Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Improve reporting processes and develop better visibility into project and manufacturing costs
Qualifications of the Senior Cost Analyst:
5+ years of accounting, cost analysis, or related financial experience, including 3+ years within manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Strong experience with job costing, project accounting, or job-shop manufacturing
Percentage-of-completion accounting and ASC 606 experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, WIP, and manufacturing accounting
Aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or custom manufacturing experience preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across finance and operations teams
