Skelar is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of global venture investment. Together with co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch IT product businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for one of our largest businesses, Liven. Liven is a product company that builds a companion for self-exploration.

We believe that self-exploration is a lifelong journey and therefore we develop a product ecosystem that makes this journey understandable, enjoyable, and interesting: bite‑sized courses, a custom tracker, an AI companion, a routine builder, and well‑being tests, and we plan to create much more useful things. On a practical level, we help people better understand themselves.

Since 2023, we have traveled from a small startup to a team of 150+ specialists and are actively scaling. But with each new stage, we keep the main thing: a living culture where everyone can launch their own ideas and influence the product. As a Product Manager, you will:

• Build the user product experience within a new business direction together with the team;
• Collect and analyze data, formulate conclusions, and propose product development improvements;
• Generate and maintain the main processes for launching and monitoring product experiments and A/B tests;
• Collaborate with different teams (analysts, marketing, design, development) to determine product development points;
• Analyze user needs and propose solutions based on behavioral data and insights;
• Develop product strategies and user experience improvements.

What is important to us:

• Ability to systematically approach problem-solving to find the cause of the problem, break it down into small components, and formulate solutions;
• Desire to take responsibility and complete tasks from 0 to 1;
• Analytical and critical thinking, ability to work with data;
• Proactivity and responsibility for your tasks: you do not wait to be told what to do, but rather propose solutions and ideas yourself;
• Experience or interest in product work in B2C products;
• English language: sufficient level for comfortable reading of documentation and communication at the Intermediate+ level.

It would be an advantage to have:

• Experience with A/B testing, knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools, understanding of product metrics;
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for effective communication with designers;
• Interest and motivation to work with AI products, a desire to delve deeper into the work of LLM.
