Employment type: Full-time
About UsCaliber is a stakeholder intelligence company.
Stakeholder intelligence draws on multiple data sources to provide leading organizations with a better understanding of the people who matter most to them.
Always on, AI-powered, and grounded in real data, it gives leaders the insight they need to act with confidence and make smarter decisions that protect their company’s brand, reputation, and business.
Our mission is to make stakeholder intelligence indispensable for modern business. Our vision is to make business better through greater trust.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Copenhagen, we operate globally - conducting thousands of stakeholder interviews every day across 50+ countries, and translating data into business action through AI-enabled multi-source analysis and expert interpretation.
This is a full-time, remote role based in the Boston area. You'll be part of our US team and work closely with colleagues at our Copenhagen headquarters. Our corporate language is English, and we enjoy celebrating wins together - so we hope you do, too!
The RoleAs Account Executive, you will be the day-to-day partner for a portfolio of Caliber's clients - leading organizations that rely on our data to understand how their stakeholders see them. Working alongside senior advisors, you'll keep client programs running smoothly, turn research into insights that speak to each client's strategy, and help retain and grow our client relationships. The role is built for development: within your first months you'll be leading demos, playing an important role in building and presenting client reports, and building the skills necessary to manage a portfolio of your own.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Client management: Be the first point of contact for your clients, handling both scheduled and ad hoc requests, and keep track of every open item and priority so nothing slips.
- Research operations: Keep client programs running smoothly - monitoring fieldwork, setting up custom questions, and coordinating with colleagues across research and data teams.
- Analysis & storytelling: Turn stakeholder data into clear findings: build decks, workshops and quarterly commentary that connect the numbers to each client's strategic positioning and challenges.
- Client health & growth: Monitor account health, flag risk signals early, and spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with your senior counterparts.
- Client-facing delivery: Lead product demos, field client questions, and own sections of client presentations - building toward running smaller accounts independently.
- 2+ years of experience in market research or consumer/customer insights, ideally at a research agency or in-house insights team
- Proven ability to synthesize research into clear findings and recommendations - strong data analysis, data storytelling and PowerPoint/Excel skills
- Experience managing client relationships, whether with internal or external stakeholders
- Exceptionally well organized, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines, with a strong sense of ownership
- A curious, analytical self-starter who communicates clearly in writing and in person
- Experience with brand, reputation or corporate communications research
- Confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders
- A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Social Sciences
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international scale-up that is redefining the field of stakeholder intelligence.
- Collaboration with a strong and diverse team of professionals
- Flexibility in a remote role in the Boston area, as part of an international team headquartered in Copenhagen
- A clear development path toward owning your own client accounts
- A startup vibe in a rapidly growing scale-up environment
- 20 days PTO annually
- Benefits package including full medical, dental, and vision
- 401K program and company match
- PC laptop and phone
Most importantly, we guarantee lots of fun with an enthusiastic team, where each new day brings new challenges and opportunities.
