In this role, you’ll provide strategic oversight of complex commercial roofing projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence across TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems. You’ll lead project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation while driving safety, quality, and profitability across multiple job sites. You will also act as a key liaison between executives, clients, and field teams, you’ll provide operational efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s national presence.

• Extensive experience in commercial roofing within a leadership position
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
