You will directly supervise subcontractors, coordinate with homeowners, and drive on-time installations that meet Trinity Total Home standards.
This hands-on role requires 2–5 years in roofing or related fields, a strong customer focus, and the ability to manage costs, schedules, and field risks in a fast-paced environment.
