Job Title: Graphics Operator

Reports To: Director, Woo Sox Productions

Position Type: Seasonal

The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard‑working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the Woo Sox Productions Team.

• Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the television broadcast
• Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the in‑stadium show
• Work with director and producer to gather information on players, managers, upcoming promotions/events, and more for the graphics and implement them into our package template.
• Customize the graphic templates and create game, player, and series‑specific graphics as needed, before and during games
• Execute the show rundown, communicate with the director, show producer, etc. to produce a cohesive show that flows and tells a story.
• Other duties as assigned

• Willingness to learn different positions related to Woo Sox Productions
• Experience with Ross XPression or a similar graphics playout system (e.g., Chyron, VizRT)
• Ability to write quality copy without spelling or punctuation errors
• Knowledgeable about baseball statistics, the flow of the game, etc.
• Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and production crew
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers
