Job Title: Production Assistant

Reports To: Director, Woo Sox Productions

Position Type: Seasonal

The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard‑working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the Woo Sox Productions Team.

• Edit photos/graphics, audio/video in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.)
• Work in a supporting role for the pregame, in‑game, television, and event productions at the ballpark
• Setup cameras/video shoots, print rundowns and scripts
• Run camera covers, batteries, cables, microphones, etc. to appropriate people
• Other duties as assigned
• Job roles may change day‑to‑day and game‑to‑game. Roles that are included (but not limited) within Woo Sox Productions are:
  Audio Mixer, Camera Operator, Camera Shader, Graphics Operator, Replay Operator, Scorekeeper, and Video Board Operator

• Willingness to learn different positions related to Woo Sox Productions
• Experience with social media
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of the rules and flow of a baseball game
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers

• Experience with Ross Xpression or similar graphics playout applications
• Experience with broadcast cameras shooting live events
• Experience with Evertz Dreamcatcher or similar replay systems
• Experience with audio mixing
