The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard-working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the Woo Sox Productions Team.

• Set-up, maintenance, and operation of Dream Catcher replay system.
• Control playbacks, recording, editing, slow motion replays during games for NESN television broadcasts and in-house show to be shown on the video boards.
• Edit and playback compelling replay packages, melts, etc.
• Store and transfer created melts and files.
• Collaborate with the show director to better enhance the television production experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to learn different positions related to Woo Sox Productions.
• Replay experience in professional or collegiate live sports using Dreamcatcher or a similar replay system.
• Knowledgeable about situational baseball and what cameras will have what replay.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking critically on the go and communicating with the director and producer to ensure a cohesive, quality product ends up on the broadcast.
• Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule.
• Ability work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers.
