A large credit union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative in Worcester Crossing to provide exceptional service to members and contribute to their financial success. Responsibilities include identifying member needs, processing transactions, and educating members on services. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience, along with strong verbal communication and technical skills.
Work schedule includes Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and alternating Wednesdays. Expected pay is $21.50 per hour.
