Service BDC Representative – The Harr Motor Group

Join us as a Service Department Business Development Center (BDC) staff member. You will be the initial contact for customers who want to schedule an appointment or ask questions about our dealership's Service Department.

$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Promptly and courteously answer all phone calls using the prescribed word tracks
• Identify all customer needs for the visit before offering an appointment time
• Record customer information accurately in CRM

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
