This is a full‑time, on‑site role as an Inventory Specialist located in Worcester, MA. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, performing physical inventory checks, ensuring proper inventory control, and maintaining efficient systems for inventory management. The role also involves collaborating with team members, engaging in customer service tasks as needed, and ensuring effective communication across departments to meet organizational goals.

• Experience in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain or inventory management are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
