Dental Hygienist

We are currently hiring a Dental Hygienist based in Worcester, MA. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients in good oral hygiene habits and after-care for dental treatments, providing other preventative dental care, and working chairside as needed.

Salary Range: $/Hour

* All Pay Rates are subject to Experience, License or Certification, and Location*

• Participate in maintaining a patient recall system
• Apply patient markers to ensure the correct patient is present for the appointment
• Accurately complete the dental record with all necessary information
• Complete notes after each procedure
• Demonstrate competency in oral prophylaxis and understanding of instruments
• Demonstrate competency in Scaling and Root Planning

• Graduate of an accredited US school of Dental Hygiene
• MA Dental Hygienist license
• At least 2.5 years post-graduate experience, preferably in a community or public health setting
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese, or other language as needed
• Certification in delivering local anesthesia in Massachusetts
• Recent COVID-19 booster and yearly flu vaccine required
• May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts on a rotating basis
